How can I track my order?
You can track your order in two ways: first, you can enter your order details on the Track Your Order page on our site, and you will see the tracking information.
Secondly, you will receive emails from us with updates on your order, where you will also find the link to the tracking page.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How does the return policy work?
Our exchange and return period is 30 days. Please contact our customer service and indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for doing so.
Wich size should I buy?
For sizes, we always provide a size chart next to the product with the relevant sizing information.
If it is not there or you are unsure, it is best to choose one size larger, as our clothes and shoes often run small. Furthermore, our policy is that if the product is too large or too small, we will exchange it for you free of charge.
My delivery is missing/delayed?
Although delays are rare, they can happen. Most of them are due to a higher than usual volume of shipments being handled by the courier. In 99% of cases, your delayed order will arrive within 2 days of the originally expected delivery date without you needing to take any action. If there are any problems with your delivery, we will let you know here on the tracking page. If you do not receive your order after allowing 2 additional days for delivery, or there is a problem that you cannot resolve by following the instructions that appear in the event of a required input, then please contact us.
